Kazimierz Dzięcielski (born March 3, 1933 in Wejherowo, d. 9 May 2003) Teacher, founder and manager of the "Bliza" model workshop. In 2010 PZPOW in Wejherowo was christened in his name .
The life achievement of Kazimierz Dziŕcielski was unquestionably, the creation and 53 years of  continuous management over the "Bliza" Ship-model workshop. He raised a generation that is well educated, having their own businesses, and  holding high positions,  who are very successful in their work and most importantly, who are active and creative. They till this day operate at the Senior Club of "Modelarnia". So they can have contact with what they have been doing for years, and which shaped their characters.
In itself the "Bliza" naval model workshop continues to operate under the auspices of the PZPOW Wejherowo, led by Marek Gorlikowski. And is still winning national and global awards. Among others, during the 2009 XV Modelshipsport World Cup "NAVIGA" in Hungary- the "Bliza" BALEXMETAL team - Mateusz Muller and Adam Oksiński was awarded gold and silver

Kazimierz Dzięcielski is also the author of the books "ABC modelarstwa okrętowego" (co-authored by - Leon Staniszewski), "Modelarstwo pływające", script for "Budowa regatowych modeli żaglowych"  and nearly eighty other publications appearing in professional journals.

Starting in 1976 he was, for over a dozen years a Chairman of the Sports Subcommittee of the Central Commission of Models of the ZG LOK. For over 20 years a member of the "Sails" - World Organisation for Modellshipbuilding and Modelshipsport NAVIGA. He also held powers of an international judge of the highest class and served as a head of the starting position. He was a jury member in numerous international regatta events both at home and abroad, including the European and World Championships.


The most important distinctions that was awarded to him are: Honorary Spire of the Modellshipbuilding  organisation NAVIGA and Statue of Jakub Wejher. Other notable awards include:

      • Silver Medal of Merit for National Defense (1974)
      • Golden badge of PNA (1974)

      • Knight's Cross Order of Polonia Restituta  (1982)
      • Golden Medal of Merit to LOK (1983)
      • Silver Badge Merited to Physical Culture (1983)
      • Best Athlete and Best Coach of the Wejherowo county (2002)

In 2001 Fireplace Work After school in Wejherowo (currently PZPOW Wejherowo) under commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Modelarnia "Bliza" Dzięcielskiego issued a monograph titled "The Road to the medals."

Kazimierz Dzięcielski was the patron PZPOW Wejherowo - in 2011 a commemorative plaque has been dedicated to him.
A Brief History of "Bliza" Modelworkshop .
-In May 1960 an 11-person group started in the provincial sailing competition, and since 1964 also the reduction of models of ships and floating vessels.
-In November of 1971, several perennial participants create a separate circle called the Senior Club.
-In 1990 the Modelarnia initiated organization of radio controlled racing yachts on the lake Zawiat in Bieszkowice under the name "End of the Season Regatta...", race for the Cup of the Mayor of Wejherowo, held in celebration of the 350th anniversary of the city founding,.
-Unique on a national scale,  in the cultivated discipline was the acquisition, in April 1999, the strategic sponsorship from BALEXMETAL sp.zoo company in Bolszewo.
-In the period from 1964 to 2000, the representatives of the model workshop "Bliza" won a total of 191 medals in the Polish Championships: 74 gold, 65 silver and 52 bronze, and five medals in the World Championship: 1 silver and 4 bronze.
-The list of medalists (up to 2000) includes 45 names, of which as many as 30 players achieved the Polish Champion titles, half of them multiple times .
-In 2009, during the XV radiojachting World Cup "NAVIGA" in Hungary "Bliza" BALEXMETAL team - won 6 medals, including gold and silver (Mateusz Muller, Adam Oksiński).
